John Lowry Spartan Capital

John Lowry is the President and CEO of Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. Lowry has been the Chief Executive Officer of Spartan Capital Securities, LLC since its inception in 2007. He has led the company's growth and stabilization over the last 15 years, during the most difficult period in the economy's history. Spartan Capital's success has been built on his unique ability to lead, long-term vision, and capacity to overcome short-term setbacks.

During his 25-year career in the securities industry, Mr. Lowry held many senior positions before launching Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. He honed his skills as an executive leader in investment banking and strategic business development. These positions established him as a dynamic and innovative leader with over two decades of experience in public and private finance deals totalling more than $100 billion in capital raised.

IPOs, up lists, follow-on offerings, registered direct offerings, CMPOs, at-the-market offerings, PIPEs, traditional private placements (including pre-IPO and pre-up list bridge offerings), debt offerings, SPAC IPOs, equity line transactions, and cross-border securities offerings were among the transactions. He also handled mergers and acquisitions (including reverse mergers) and advised public and private companies.

John Lowry and his wife, Cynthia, founded the Little John Foundation out of their belief that all children, regardless of circumstance, should be supported during any medical, emotional, or financial crisis.

They work with charities that share these values, such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC), and Save a Child's Heart (SACH), as well as other charities that Mr. Lowry actively supports, such as the American Heart Association, Wounded Warrior Project, and American Cancer Society, through the Little John Foundation.

Mr. Lowry lives in New York City with his wife and three children, with whom he spends most of his spare time.
